What’s the difference between a 50 min & 80 min facial?
Our 50 minute facials are less about the fluff and more about how your skin looks and feels through our clinical + targeted processes, while our 80 minute facials boosts your experience by including massage / treatments for your hands, neck and decollete’ along with your facial treatments.
How often should I get a facial treatment and why?

What products do you use?

Can I just book an add on?
No. Add-ons can only be booked with a facial service to customize your experience.
Do you do facials for men?
Yes. We offer facial treatments for everyone by focusing on the individual’s unique skin care goal.
Do you offer safe treatments for pregnant or nursing women?
Yes. Your comfort and safety are important to us, which is why we always recommend telling your technician if you are pregnant and/or nursing.
What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, cash, Apple Pay/Google Wallet, and gift cards. Checks cannot be accepted.
How do I redeem a gift card?
We gladly offer physical and e-gift card options. To redeem, present your physical or virtual card at the time of purchase. Gift cards can be used against all service and retail purchases. Gift cards are not redeemable for cash, and cannot be replaced if lost, stolen, or damaged. Gift cards do not expire unless otherwise stated.
What is your cancellation policy?
We request that any changes and cancellations be made 24 hours before your appointment. If you cancel or modify your appointment with less than 24 hours notice, it is considered a “Late Cancellation.” Late cancellations will be subject to a fee of 50% of the total cost of your scheduled appointment.
All guests who cancel late or do not attend their scheduled appointment may be required to leave a 50% deposit for future services. This deposit is non-refundable in case of a cancellation or rescheduling within the requested 24-hour time frame.
As a courtesy, appointment confirmation messages are sent before appointments. Failing to respond to those messages or not confirming your appointment does not count as canceling your appointment. To avoid a cancellation fee, you must cancel your appointment more than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time.
What happens if I’m not happy with my service?
If you weren’t pleased with your service, please reach out to us. We do not refund services, but it’s important to us that you are 100% satisfied. We’ll do everything we can to get you to a better place.
Can I return a product?
For products that are either unopened or minimally used, we accept exchanges for store credit within 14 days. If you’re unsure about a product, we’d be glad to make a sample of it for you to try at home, so you can open your new product when you’re sure it works for you.
Does the membership apply to all locations?
Yes. Your monthly membership can be used at any Skin Habit location.
How long is the minimum membership commitment?
Monthly memberships are flexible and require no commitment. Your membership automatically renews every month, and can be paused at any time.
What happens if I can't use my monthly facial?
Non-redeemed services cannot be rolled over to the following month. If you have any questions, reach out or drop by in person.
Which services can I use my membership benefits for?
Your Monthly Membership includes one of our 50 min or 80 min Targeted Facials every month. Every membership also includes: 20% off all additional services, treatments, and upgrades, 20% off all retail products, and one free facial to give to someone annually.
How can I cancel my membership?
Reach out or drop by in person to pause your Monthly Membership. Please know that we require a minimum of 14 days notice prior to your automatic renewal date.
Can anyone join the Habit Rewards Program?
All clients are automatically enrolled with our Habit Rewards Program.
How do I accumulate points?
Every purchase counts! 1 point earned for every $1 spent on services, add-ons, or products.
Do points expire?
Earned points never expire and they cannot be transferred to someone else or redeemed for cash.
What services can I use my points for?
Earned points can be redeemed for any of our Targeted facials, Maintenance facials, and/or add-ons.
